Mike? He is a long time boise real estate agent who has worked hard
representing the interests of hundreds of buyers and sellers since 1990.
All this hard work, selling Boise real estate has earned him a place
in the Remax hall of fame!
Mike was born and raised in the treasure valley and knows it well."I graduated from Borah High School, went to the University of Idaho(87') and then snowboarding and rafting in Sun Valley and Stanley. Guided rafting on the Middle Fork of the Salmon. Got tired of being dead broke and found out real jobs pay the same as tuning skis. Discovered real estate was for me" said Mike. Married his wife Erica on a sunny September day and had son Noah, now 6.
Mike has fifteen years of real estate experience
and worked together with his parents, for eight years as a member of
an award winning Remax team. Mike's enthusiasm, market knowledge and attention to detail are
just a few of the many advantages a client can expect to receive from
Mike and Erica Carr. Most importantly, he has learned that it is his
focus on the concerns and needs of his clients that is of utmost importance
in establishing a successful relationship with home buyers and sellers.
In December 2004 we were forced to
make the very difficult decision to leave our home state of California.
We had a very short time frame to sell our current home and relocate
to Idaho. We contacted Mike & Erica and made an appointment
to meet with them when we were planning our first trip to Idaho. We
met with them four times over the course of 4 months, and they tirelessly
showed us lots of homes. They were very down to earth and dedicated
to helping us find the home that would work for us. Looking back
we can't imagine what relocating would have been like without Mike & Erica, welcoming and helping
us through this difficult time.

Erica Carr
Erica's family moved to Boise when she was a small child. She and her
3 brothers grew-up in Boise floating the river in the summers and skiing
in the winters. Her brothers are now scattered across the west coast,
and her Mother is in the Seattle area. Her Father still spends his summers
here in the Treasure Valley
Erica loves the arts, painting in oil, snowboarding, mountain biking, and spending time at the cabin in Idaho's glorious Sawtooth Mountain region.
Erica, a Boise High grad (class of 85') completed her education at the Evergreen State College (Washington) in 1993. She spent 12 years in Washington and Oregon before moving back to Boise to marry Mike. They had an outdoor wedding in beautiful Stanley, Idaho in 1996, and now have a beautiful son named Noah.
Erica is a generous and positive person who strives to put the best interests of her friend and clients out in front. She has an in depth knowledge of Boise and surrounding areas. Let her show you our beautiful city.
